A drunk driving crash March 13th at South by Southwest in Austin claimed three lives earlier this month, and now a fourth person has passed away. WFAA in Dallas says, 18-year old De'Andre Tatum from Fort Worth was critically injured when the car plowed into a crowd on Red River Street during the SXSW music festival, and died this week in the hospital.

A 3-year old boy from Nacogdoches was fatally shot Monday at a home in Eureka, about 15 miles southeast of Corsicana. He was visiting family at the time. The family had just finished eating breakfast when the boy went outside to play with his older cousin, and then they heard a gunshot.

It was a tree-cutting project that went horribly wrong on Wednesday, that led to the death of an East Texas man.

One person died Monday in an accident on US 59 involving two 18-Wheelers and a school bus. The road was still closed Tuesday morning because of the cleanup and investigation, and detours were set up. The Lufkin School District says three children and the driver were the only ones on board the bus at the time, and none of them needed treatment for anything other than minor injuries.

An 88-year old woman died Sunday in a car accident n US 69 South at FM 1818 Sunday afternoon.

Police think a car was trying to pull out of a Diboll parking lot and collided with another car on North Temple Drive, then one of the cars spun out into the path of an oncoming 18-Wheeler.
