Tornado watch for all of East Texas continues in effect until 10pm.  Tornado warnings have been issued over the past hour for the cities of Sulphur Springs and Mt. Pleasant, however those cells are moving north and northeast.

A large line of severe storms extends at this time from Greenville to near Corsicana to Waco.  Hail, high winds, and heavy rain have been reported in this line.  This line continues to develop southward.

Deep East Texas could start seeing storms within the next two hours.

2:45pm, 4/3/2012

The National Weather Service has now issued a tornado watch for all of East Texas until 10pm.  Angelina and Nacogdoches Counties are included.  A tornado watch means that conditions are favorable for the development of severe storms and tornadoes.

Please take this time to think about what evasive plans you and your family would take if the need arises.

Dangerous storms continue to roll across the D/FW Metroplex.
