AC/DC Co-Founder Coming To Tenaha This Saturday
If you don't have plans this Saturday - or even if you do have plans this Saturday, you may want to change them for this. Make plans to be in Tenaha for the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Tenaha Police Department.
This ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at Tenaha High School, beginning at 2:00 in the afternoon on Saturday, April 28th. But, there's one huge addition to the ribbon cutting.
Dave Evans, one of the original co-founders of AC/DC will be flying in from England to take part in the event! He will be named as an honorary member of the Tenaha Police Department, and the mayor will be giving him the keys to the city!
But that's not all! He will even be performing with an all-Police band while on site!
Most recently, Dave released 2017's album "Wild," and as you can tell, he's still got what it takes to keep rockin'. Needless to say, this will be a pretty awesome showing in Tenaha on Saturday.
So, there you have it. If you didn't have plans Saturday, now you do. And if you already had plans, it's time to go ahead and change those so that you can be in Tenaha at 2:00, enjoying some awesome classic rock, right here behind the Pine Curtain.
