Chambliss Real Estate Expanding, New San Augustine Office Coming Soon

There's no shortage of real estate agents in Deep East Texas. There are also quite a few real estate agencies to house - See what I did there? - those agents. One of our local agencies is hitting a milestone, and they're celebrating in a big way.

Chambliss Real Estate Adding a Second Location

Chambliss Real Estate is one of the real estate agencies located in Shelby County. Their office is currently located at 203 Hurst Street in Center. This company is getting ready to celebrate their second anniversary in business. When you compare that timeline to some of the other agencies in our area, that's still pretty new. However, they're making enough waves that they're able to expand.

According to a post on the Chambliss Real Estate Facebook page, to celebrate their second anniversary, they're adding a second office location. This new office will be at 104 South Broadway in San Augustine. If you're not familiar with that address, it's located on the square in San Augustine. They will be sharing a space with San Augustine County Abstract Company.

Timeline for Chambliss Real Estate New Location

There's no official timeline that I could find on when Chambliss will open up the new office for business. It's still in the "Coming Soon" phase.
