Colonial Place Office Suites On Colonial Drive Is Now Open

The last time we posted something about Colonial Place in Nacogdoches, they were still in their "Coming Soon" phase. When I drove by the other day, I saw that they were now open for business.

For those of you who might not have read the post from back in December 2025, Colonial Place Office Suites is basically an office space for rent type of business, similar to what NacSpace has in Nacogdoches. It's located in the former Daily Sentinel office at 4920 Colonial Drive.

In December there was just a "Coming Soon" sign out front. However, where that sign was, now there are several different business signs hanging up, which tells me that there are now new occupants in the office space.

Among those are Curtis & Clark Energy Services, Zadoc Holdings and Turner Premier Properties. Take a look for yourself:

As you can see, there's still one more place left on the sign. I don't know if that means that there's still a vacancy in the building, or if they just haven't filled the sign yet.

As of right now, the homepage on the website for Colonial Place still says, "Coming Soon", so I don't have much more information about the specifics of it - you know, office sizes, amenities, etc. However, it's still nice to know that the building isn't just sitting vacant.

It's quite different from having the Daily Sentinel there, but it's still good to have something occupying the space.
