With DragonForce, you may need a seat belt while listening to their music and the band's latest track is no different. The group just released the song "Judgement Day" ahead of their May 19 street date for the Reaching Into Infinity album and it's definitely a scorcher!

After opening with club-ready synths, the band hurtles through the song at a breakneck pace, guaranteed to leave listeners a audibly winded. The speed at which they fly through the early guitar solos is impressive, but midway through the track, the band slows it down a bit for a heavier, grittier approach during an instrumental breakdown featuring both keyboards and guitar. The song itself is an empowering track about standing up for who you are against any judgement.

If you like what you hear, "Judgement Day" can be found on the band's forthcoming Reaching Into Infinity album, which is available for pre-order at this location ahead of the May 19 release.

Reaching Into Infinity is the first album for new drummer Gee Anzalone and the third to feature vocalist Marc Hudson, who took on more responsibility within the writing process on this latest effort. DragonForce recorded a bulk of the album at Fascination Street studios in Orebro, Sweden with producer Jens Bogren, while also spending bits of time in the U.K., France and California while working on the songs.

DragonForce will return to the road next month and they've just added a North American tour leg to their dates. See the U.S. shows below.
