Now that the remaining members of Queensryche have won a ruling that will allow them to temporarily keep their name even though they’re in the middle of a legal battle with former singer Geoff Tate, the band is wasting no time in filling up their tour schedule.

One of the latest additions to their itinerary is the South Texas Rock Fest, where the band will headline along with several other hard rock acts that enjoyed their heyday in the late ’80s and early ’90s. The event takes place Oct. 13 San Antonio’s Sunken Gardens venue.

Joining Queensryche (featuring new singer Todd La Torre) on the bill will be Accept, Dokken, Michael Schenker, Ratt, and Uncle Kracker. Tickets for the South Texas Rock Fest go on sale Aug. 10 at 10:00AM local time, and there is a select amount of VIP Packages.

Those purchasing the special deal will get a commemorative VIP badge, an event t-shirt, a commemorative poster, prime VIP seating under a shaded roof with a cooling system, free beverages, access to a private VIP beer booth, private restrooms, access to the lawn for photo taking, and entry into meet and greet and signed memorabilia contests.
