Snackadoches Food Truck Festival Part 2 Will Be on November 14th

Think back to February 28th in downtown Nacogdoches. Yes, I know that it was six months ago. But go with me on this one. February 28th was the day of the first-ever Snackadoches. Remember that? Well, now they're getting ready for round two.

Snackadoches Food Truck Festival Part 2 is November 14, 2026

Apparently, the first Snackadoches event was such a big hit, that they've decided to do it again - only bigger this time. According to the Snackadoches Food Truck Festival Part 2 event page on Facebook, they will be set up at 411 E Hospital Street in Nacogdoches. That's located at the corner of Hospital Street and Mound street, which is the same place that the food trucks were set up last time. It starts at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 14th and goes until 2:00 PM that afternoon.

This time around they are planning on having 15 different food trucks, 17 vendors, and - just like last time - Fredonia Brewery, Madhatter Distillery and Dilly Dally will be participating as well.

As of right now, I'm not sure about which food trucks will be featured at Snackadoches Part 2, other than Revolution Road Wood Fired Pizza, since they're hosting the event. I can only speculate as to which trucks will be set up. I know that last time they had the Lumberjack Express, Smash and Pass Burgers, Shali's Indian Kitchen and more, and since all of those trucks are still in operation, I wouldn't be surprised to see them out there once again. However, the full list hasn't been revealed yet, so again, I can only speculate.

What I know for sure is that Snackadoches Food Truck Festival Part 2 is happening on November 14th.
