The first hurdle is out of the way for Staind and the band will continue to tour in 2020. The group ended their five-year hiatus in 2019 and though nothing has been announced in terms of new music, they do intend to continue touring in the new year.

“After reuniting and playing these shows this fall we all realized how meaningful it was to be back on stage together and wanted to continue,” says guitarist Mike Mushok. “It’s going to be a fun summer … don’t miss it!”

Bassist Johnny April adds, “We’re excited about getting back on the road, and getting our music out to some new fans.”

So far, the band has been announced for performances at the Epicenter (May 2), Welcome to Rockville (May 9) and Sonic Temple (May 16) festivals. You can head here for ticketing info. Stay tuned as more touring announcements are expected for 2020.
