A Navy Seal who graduated from the University of Texas-Austin went back to the school last month to deliver the 2014 Commencement Address, it's received over 1.5 million views so far on Youtube.

This US Navy Commander led the operation that resulted in the death of Osama bin Laden.

The stories about the Navy Seal training that he went through are pretty remarkable. Make your bed!  The Admiral says one good, completed task turns into another.  And it reinforces that the little things in life matter.

Admiral William H. McRaven, United States Navy, commander of the United States Special Operations Command, gave the commencement address.  He served as commander of the U.S. Joint Special Operations Command from 2008 until 2011, and commanded Operation Neptune’s Spear, the operation that led to the death of Osama bin Laden.

If you're like me and you love to be inspired, let the video run at work today and extract little bits of encouragement from it.  I don't remember my graduation speaker at the University of Nebraska back in the day, but I think I'll remember this guy!  Especially when I'm making the bed.
