If you have Netflix, one of the things you see when you bring up your account is a "recently viewed section."  So if your wife thinks you're a ZZ Top rocker and you're secretly watching Justin Bieber videos on Netflix, she's gonna find out about it.

All of that is changing, and your secrets will be safe now.

Netflix is letting you delete your viewing history now.  Just go to “Viewing Activity” in your profile and click the X next to the title you want to get rid of.

It doesn't work on the spots designated "Kids Accounts," so you'll still be able to see if your 13-year old son is sneaking in something he shouldn't.  In my case, Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs, and all of the girls' favorite Bo On The Go episodes will still be there when I'm ready for an Orange Is The New Black binge watch.

If the next time you log in to Netflix and there's nothing "Recently Viewed," either your wife is a very clean and orderly person and likes a clean slate, or she's been watching some wild stuff without you.  Thanks for that can of worms, Netflix!
