Back on January 1, 2020, if you would have told me that Kobe Bryant was going to be killed in a helicopter crash, I wouldn't have believed you. If you would have told me that the whole country was going to be 'social-distancing' and learning a 'new normal' because of a mass pandemic, I wouldn't have believed you. If you had told me that there were going to be mass protests and riots in America, I wouldn't have believed.

And, if you had told me that day that our little patch of the world was going to be affected by a hurricane this year, I wouldn't have believed you.

However, now we're at a different time. All of those things have happened this year - well, with the exception of the hurricane, because it's not here yet. But, it seems to be on it's way. And, what is our reaction to this?

"2020".

That's all. We can't give you a rhyme or reason why this year has gone the way it has. We only know that this is what's going on right now. As I write this, I'm looking back on the year that we've had so far, and I realize how all of these crazy things have just come one after another - some of them taking place at the same time. And, we've still got four months left.

So, we'll just keep on and power through. Make sure that you download our station apps to stay up to date on the latest weather and news. Why? Because, 2020.
