Crime Stoppers Wants Your Help Catching A Purse Snatcher

Crime Stoppers of Lufkin is looking for someone who swiped a purse back on June 12th from a woman at Sam's Club.

This situation might be something that all women wonder about, and it's what causes us to put the purse in the car first sometimes, before the groceries.

Police say a woman was putting bags in her car when the thief walked up, stole the purse, and ran to a waiting vehicle.  Surveillance video caught a glimpse of the thief and his accomplice, and KTRE says there may be a reward involved for information leading to an arrest.

The getaway vehicle was an older model, white Ford pickup truck, and a witness actually tailed it for awhile before losing sight of it on Diboll Highway.
