Kingdom Claw Nacogdoches is Opening Soon in Northview Plaza

Anytime you ask people in Nacogdoches what is something that they would like to see make its way into Nac, one of the answers that comes up again and again is an arcade. For the past year, if they wanted to go to an arcade, they've had to go to Kingdom Claw in downtown Lufkin. Well, it looks like they won't have to make that commute for an arcade experience much longer.

Kingdom Claw is Coming to Nacogdoches

According to a reel from Tavo Velazquez, the owner of Kingdom Claw 936 in Lufkin, they are getting set to open a second location - only this one is in Nacogdoches. Here's the video that was posted:

Like you heard him mention, this new location is going to be in the Northview Plaza, two doors down from Cici's Pizza. The actual address is 3801 North Street, Suite 17 in Nacogdoches. Most recently, it was the Honey Bee Health Store. Some of you might even remember it as Tango Mango. The official opening date for Kingdom Claw hasn't been announced yet.

What is Kingdom Claw?

Kingdom Claw isn't exactly like the traditional arcades that generally come to mind - at least when I think of them. It's not full of pinball machines, video games, etc. The entire makeup of Kingdom Claw is built around claw games. You know the ones I'm talking about, right? They're the kinds that you generally see in store foyers. You put in your money for the chance to win stuffed animals, sports collectibles, or things of that nature.

This looks to be a welcome addition to the city of Nacogdoches, as it adds something else for not only SFA students, but the Nacogdoches residents to do. Keep an eye out for the official opening announcement.
