New Coffee Shop Opens Up In Nac Friday Morning

If you've driven down North Street in Nacogdoches within the past month or two, then you've probably already noticed the "Coming Soon" signs for a new business between Whataburger and Grease Monkey.

That sign is out in front of what is going to be University Coffee, and it just so happens to be opening up this week.

That's right, there will be a new coffee shop opening up on Friday morning at 7:00 for a soft opening launch. University Coffee is located in what used to be the Tattoo Productions t-shirt shop on North Street. Over the past month, they've been renovating the building and preparing the new coffee shop. Like I said, they will open at 7:00 AM Friday and they'll be open until 4:00 that afternoon.

There's already a University Coffee Facebook page set up and everything. In fact, they posted a sneak peek of the shop earlier today. Here's the post that was put online for everyone to see earlier:

As you can see from the post, there's also a drive-through on the shop. So, if you can't sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee and a quick snack, you can get your order to go!

I personally think this is a pretty cool addition for Nac. It adds to the list of awesome coffee locations in the city, right alongside Nine Flags Coffee Roasters, Thumpers, and Java Jacks.
