Which Texas City Ranks in the Top 5 ‘Trashiest Spring Break Destinations’?

It's just come to me, so you best be sitting down.  During my lifetime, I have never gotten excited about the ritual known today as  -  "Spring Break".

When I attended school it was called "Easter Vacation".

Our future scholars nowadays flock to exotic locales such as Acapulco, Miami, San Diego, and Las Vegas, but there is one corner of the globe in Texas that is giving a brand new meaning to par-tee.

And here is something interesting, the Convention and Visitors Bureau for this City in question, might take umbrage to being named as the number two "Trashiest Spring Break Destination", according to this website.
