I don't know why I've had several different posts about East Texas wildlife over the past few weeks. It started with that strange bird a few weeks ago. If you don't remember that one, you can click on the link below to read it and see the photos.

Then, there was the SFA squirrel at it's personal picnic table. That link is below.

Of course, we had the random bugs that I found on my truck...I still haven't gotten an answer for what they were...Link below.

We can't forget about my friend, the fox. You know, the one that let me get close enough to get some pretty awesome pictures! That link is below, too.

And then, there are the pets of the week from Nacogdoches Police Department. There are several of those, so I won't list them all.

However, this week, I also was able to get some photos of another East Texas animal. This one is an amphibian! So no, it's not super exciting, or rare, but I still thought it was pretty cool, since I don't see these guys out in the wild every day. Check out the photos!
