Getting your child properly restrained in your car or truck can be a struggle for you and for your kids. There are many variables when it comes to different models of vehicles and car seats.

To help there is a free child safety seat class coming up at the Nacogdoches Public Library to take the guesswork out of your next outing with your kid. Properly installed car seats are known to save lives, and you can double-check that your child is buckled up the right way.

The class will be limited to 30 people and is for parents and caregivers on Saturday, May 21st, 2022 from 8:30 am to 11:00 am. During the class you will be given information to help you select the right seat to optimize your child's safety.

They will also go over the proper installation and fit for your child's safety seat. If you are interested in attending contact NPD Sgt. Logan Finch at 936-559-2639 or send an email to finchl@nactx.us.
